    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours notice: Please be advised that a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied for any appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule and serve all our valued clients effectively.   2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

    • We strive to deliver results that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your treatment outcome, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will assess the situation and explore the best resolution, which may include a complimentary follow-up session.

  3. Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds for services rendered will not be issued, as all treatments are tailored to individual needs and desired outcomes. However, if a service has not been performed, a full refund will be granted upon request.

  4. Product Returns

    • Skincare products purchased from Emerald Skin Lab may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unopened and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please bring your receipt and the product to the clinic. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  5. Exclusions

    • Membership, Gift cards, packages of treatments, promotional products, and services that have already been consumed are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
