Benefits of LED Light Therapy

  1. Anti-Aging & Collagen Boost (Red Light):

    • Red light stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, which are crucial for maintaining youthful, firm, and smooth skin. It helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles and promotes a more radiant and plump complexion.

  2. Acne Treatment (Blue Light):

    • Blue light is known for its ability to target and eliminate acne-causing bacteria. It helps clear active breakouts, reduces inflammation, and prevents future acne flare-ups, leaving your skin smoother and clearer.

  3. Skin Rejuvenation & Brightening (Yellow Light):

    • Yellow light is used to improve overall skin tone and texture by enhancing circulation and promoting the elimination of toxins. It can also help reduce redness, pigmentation, and sun damage.

  4. Calming & Healing (Green Light):

    • Green light is particularly beneficial for calming sensitive skin, reducing redness and inflammation, and accelerating the healing process after other treatments or skin irritations.

  5. Skin Hydration (Cyan & Indigo Light):

    • Cyan and Indigo lights are often used for hydrating and balancing the skin, making them ideal for individuals with dry or dehydrated skin.

At a Glance

    • Before starting your treatment, you'll have a brief consultation with our skincare professional. We’ll assess your skin type, concerns, and treatment goals to determine the best LED light settings for your needs.

    • Skin History: We may ask about any current skincare regimen, past treatments, and any underlying skin conditions to ensure that LED Light Therapy is the right choice for you.

    • Treatment Plan: Based on your skin’s needs, we’ll customize a treatment plan that could involve a series of sessions.

  • We capture photos for your patient profile to track progress over time and monitor your skin’s improvement after each treatment.

    • Cleanse Your Skin: Before starting, we’ll thoroughly cleanse your skin to remove any makeup, oils, or dirt. This ensures that the LED light can penetrate your skin effectively without any barriers.

    • Comfortable Position: You’ll be asked to lie back comfortably in a reclined chair or on a treatment bed. Most clients find this part of the process very relaxing—some even fall asleep during their session!

    • Eye Protection: During the session, you’ll be given protective goggles or eyewear to shield your eyes from the bright lights. While the light is safe, it's important to protect your eyes during the treatment.

    • No Downtime: LED Light Therapy has zero downtime. After the treatment, your skin may appear slightly flushed (similar to a mild sunburn), but this will fade within a few hours.

    • Hydrate: We recommend moisturizing your skin after the session to lock in hydration and keep your skin feeling soft and nourished.

    • Sunscreen: If you’re heading outside, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher). Although LED therapy doesn’t increase sensitivity to the sun, it’s always good to protect your skin from UV rays after any treatment.
